What is a Notary Public?
A notary public is a public officer who assists with legal matters with a foreign or international element.
As a Notary Public, Ray, with his particular experience of the Hague Convention, has been assisting clients in a range of non-contentious matters involving international business since his appointment by the Supreme Court in 1982.
He has extensive experience international registration of ownership of shipping vessels, ships protests, and the certification of documents issued by national regulatory authorities in support of the export of medical and associated products, food and financial products manufactured and created in Ireland.
