What is Probate?
Probate is the legal process of proving a will after a person has died.
Before that person’s assets can be distributed in line with their wishes, the executor named in the will must apply for probate (Grant of Probate). Once granted, he or she can carry out the wishes outlined in the will.
Administration of Estates
We are there to support and assist you when a loved one passes away. This may involve taking out a Grant of Probate to the estate giving effect to the terms of a will or advising on a Grant of Administration where no will has been made.

For more mature clients we advise on issues such as the transfer of or protection assets and the creation of powers of attorney.
