Enduring Powers of Attorney
An Enduring Power of Attorney allows you to provide for your future care in the event that you become mentally incapable of managing your own affairs. Creating an Enduring Power of Attorney allows you to choose Attorneys (usually family members) to look after you and your finances should the need arise in the future.
There are a number of legal safeguards in place to protect you during this process.
